You retain ownership of any original content you upload to our platform. However, by using our workflow services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Generated outputs created through our workflows belong to you, subject to your compliance with these terms. Our platform, technology, and proprietary algorithms remain our exclusive property.
5. Payment and Subscription Terms
Our workflow services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content you upload or process through our workflows. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We do not review, monitor, or verify user-uploaded content and assume no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.
